If your watch doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective plastics, warranty cards, manuals, and any free accessories provided.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our designated quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
